COO, Justin Messer Named Among 40 Under 40 Influential Mortgage Professionals
We are pleased to announce that Justin Messer, Chief Operating Officer at Prosperity Home Mortgage, LLC (Prosperity), has been recognized among the 40 Under 40 Influential Mortgage Professionals for 2021 by National Mortgage Professional (NMP) magazine.1
In the December issue titled “The Faces of Potential,” Messer is part of a standout crowd of other Influential Achievers who are bringing fresh perspectives, new energy, innovative approaches, and fiery passions to the mortgage industry. In the article, NMP highlights forty individual mortgage professionals who bring something special to their job, which helps elevate the industry.
When asked what is one of his most important values as a mortgage professional and why, Messer shared, “While integrity is far and away the most important value in finance, accountability is a close second. Driving accountability throughout an organization is critical not only to creating empowered employees, but also to building a team of purpose-driven individuals who feel part of something larger and more inclusive.”
Messer’s 15 years of experience in mortgage banking, primarily in capital markets, has laid the groundwork for his role as Prosperity's COO. He works alongside President and CEO, Tim Wilson, to execute the company's vision for superior customer service within each business unit. Justin is leading the way in the drive to constantly improve processes, increase efficiencies, and create an industry-leading mortgage company.
